Default 10k Hands Checkup PT Help

Hey, 10k hands at 2/4, these are my PT stats. I'm not very experienced at analyzing these things so I hope someone in the know will please let me know if something is considered really out of line (or not). The stats:

Hands: 9866
VPIP: 28.59
VP Small Blind: 48.63
Fold SB to Steal: 74.65
Fold BB to Steal: 50.45
Att to Steal: 46.11
Won $ WSF: 33.64
Showdown: 30.27
Won $ at Showdown: 51.21
PF Raise: 14.25

These are the stats right across the basic line, if I should grab any of the "More Detail" stats because those would be helpful than just let me know. Thanks.

Ok, I'm willing to admit that I'm looking for a little deeper advice than the first two replys. Is there anyway to calculate some sort of expected bb/100 based on PT stats (if so what is it with these stats)? Also moving which statistics in which direction would gain the most? Hoping for some more depth here...

Your BB/100 is far too complex to be figured out by an equation. You would have to take into account your table texture, postflop aggression, size of the rake, quality of your opponents, it would just be absolutely impossible. It's a dynamic thing anyway, it doesn't really stay the same at any two particular tables.

A good place to start would be to play tighter. 28 VPIP is just way too loose for ten-handed play.

Ok so to be fair to myself I ran a filter since I sometimes will play a table down with just 2-3 people left. When I filter it to just hands with 9-10 players I lose about 2600 hands and my VPIP drops to 26.84. Mean anything?

It's still way too high.

I think you need to seriously reconsider your starting hand standards.

A couple other things:
I think you are defending your small blind too much.
I think you are stealing more often than is profitable. I could be wrong on that but I think that you must be stealing with a lot of hands too early for your steal percentage to be so high. How early do you steal with AXo, KXo? 22-55?
I think you are defending your BB too much.

Basically what I can tell you from the stats you've given, is that you appear to be playing way looser than is optimal.

Is there an accepted max VPIP? I'm coming across as way too high so what is the range that I'm way above?

I couldn't tell you for sure but I think 23 is the upper bound of what successful 2p2ers have for VPIP for 10-handed games. There are VPIPs all throughout the [15,23] range but most reside somewhere in the [17,20] area if I'm not mistaken.

Thanks Einbert, that is the information I wanted to start.

Addendum: Is there any sort of consensus on like a min and max range for the BB/100 over a sample of around this size? Similar to the range you gave for VPIP?
