There is not such service and as I read through the boards I do see such needs time after time. I figure ebay auction could be one of the more reliable solutions. Thats what I am getting at.

So you think there is a great number of people out there that have money in a neteller account that would pay a premium for money in a paypal account? And why would anyone want to do this? Why would anyone want to flirt with paypals policy of not being associated with gambling sites?

i suspect you know the answer cubs. there really is only 2 basic scenarions, well 3. 2 of them up to no good, one perfectly legit, but lazy.
