Default Easy call/stupid call??

400NL on party poker. $2-4 blinds
Hero is sitting with $1024 on the button and has been the table captain for majority of his time seated.
Villain is BB and has tilted away over 2 full buyins in the past 45minutes. His stack is $345.
10 Handed table.
Hero Has 10 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
Pre-flop, folds around. Hero raises to 16. SB folds. Villain instantly raises to 40. Hero calls.

Flop: A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 10 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
Villain checks, Hero bets 75. Villain raises to 150, Hero Calls.

Turn: 7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
Villain Pushes all in for 155.

You have 15 outs, possibly 17 or even 20 if if you're very lucky, the pot is massive, you have to call.

I am gonna put the guy on AK and thus you have 8 diamonds 2 10's and 3 8's making it 13 outs, and thus about a 26% chance of making it , betting 155 to win 535 this is a pretty easy call if he has AK. On the other hand if he has a set, you have 8 outs so about a 16% shot of hitting the flush. The only set he could possibly have is Aces, but that is unlikely as a hand that big would raise more on the flop, to scare out the flush draw.
I wouldnt put him on top 2 because of his re raise pf.
I think by his push, he is representing a set and wanting you to fold
This hand is very read dependent, would villain pull this move with TPTK?
Conclusion :- Easy call

Wrong...It's an extremely easy call....Take another look at your outs....Hero has a strait draw also.

If you don't understand why this is an easy call, you should move down stakes...
