I am trying to create a screen shot of my PT stats that I can post/email, but I am a complete computer retard. Please help.

Re: Screen Shot
Ctrl+printscreen will take a screenshot of the active window. Open Paint/paintshop/etc and then 'paste' and it will paste the screenshot from the clipboard.

Re: Screen Shot
don't need to hold ctrl
ctrl+v into a image program, paint would do fine. |

Re: Screen Shot
Alt+PrtScr takes a screenshot of the currently active window. PrtScr by itself takes a screenshot of the entire desktop.

Re: Screen Shot
Ctrl...shift...or alt all work with PrtScn.
Pressing that is like you copied something (a picture of your screen). Open up paint and hit paste. Make sure to save it as a .jpeg so the file isn't massive. edit: see TLC's post above for the advanced course. I guess I learned something today. |
