Automatic MP3 renaming program
Ok, so i have a bunch of mp3s on my computer, from CDs and whatnot. However, when I rip them off a cd they have the name Track 1, Track 2, etc. I can put them in directories on the computer so I know who they are by,but when they go on to my Ipod they are called Track X.
So I was wondering if there is any kind of program or any other solution that can automatically rename mp3's for you. Its not that I am incredibly lazy, i just have a boatload of these damn things. thanks. |

Dear Dubra, Tag & Rename. [/ QUOTE ] Omg, I haven't used that forever. Downloading now. I suppose my collection has been more organized since I accidentally deleted it and had to start from scratch by importing 200 CDs.... I've always been pretty compulsive about keeping all of my songs following strict naming conventions. I hate seeing ipods that have 14 entries for Montell Jordan in other peoples' players that are all the same damn song. And nothing bugs me more than seeing stuff like Bob Dylan - Stairway to Heaven.
