Default whoring question

I've just succesfully finished my first whoring experiment at Paradise. Too bad I read about the "granny" code too late so I only got to clear 50$ I lost 6,50 so I increased my bankroll with a whopping 43,50 . When I cashed out I got an extra 20$ for using Neteller but I'm not sure if that only is when you sign up for Neteller through Paradise so Í have to see it in my account before I believe it.

(beginning players, get a 100% up to 100$ by using the code "GRANNY" with your first Paradise deposit!! Granny Mae can be found posting regurlary on this board)

I'm contemplating my next step and would like some advice. I single table at the moment as I'm still studying SSHE and still have plenty of learning to do before I get bored. (I read these forums and SSHE when I have bad hole cards but need full attention when I get good ones) So I was thinking about Pacific as you get a 100% up to 100$ if you sign up through Cardplayer.com

My other option would be Everest Poker where you get up to 200$ for free regardless of your deposit but you have to:

the Bonus will convert at the rate of 1 unit for every 100 units you bet in qualified wagers (for example, US$1 in bonus converted for every US$100 in qualified wagers).

This is only in hands that are raked.

I have the feeling that this is going to take forever, am I right? I play 0,50/1,-

All advice about the logical next step is welcome. My budget at the moment is ideally 100$ but I could squeeze out 200$ just to maximise and get the extra 100$ straight out. I play 0,50/1,-

I did my homework and checked all the whoring sites I could find but with my limited experience the information sometimes becomes a bit overwhelming and the terms and conditions are a bit unclear to me.

I read the building a bankroll for newbies post on this forum which is really helpfull and the whoring 101 on Bonuswhores.com so I might go Crypto but somehow I'm not too enthousiastic to get over there. (can't explain it, just too many sites with too many different deals and terms etc etc, confuses me )

How big is your bankroll?

Without knowing, I'd say Pacific is your best bet. Beware of their problems (slow cashout, no multitabling, no PT support, crappy CS).

The bonus will take a long time to clear because it's based off money wagered (like a casino bonus) and not raked hands.

Did you maybe type Paradise instead of Pacific?

I just finished Paradise and they have a rakes system. They where also very helpfull to me as I still haven't figured out where I can enter a bonus code when depositing!! (they did give me the bonus after a mail and they replied quickly, I looked again just about every time I logged in and I simply don't see any space where to enter a bonus code. I think I'll have to prove it by pointing my webcam at the screen as I think everyone else gets another menu!! )

Thanks for the reply!

How much money are you looking to goto your next site with? Pacific is a very easy crowd to beat I keep money there just to play when im cashing out between other sites and its very easy to build a bankroll however slow it is. If your bankroll is really small you might also checkout one of the free money at party sites

My bankroll for Pacific will be 100$ I'm going there next, you guys convinced me. I'll let you know how it turned out, if only to help the next newbie that reads it.

I started out at PartyPoker without any knowledge at all so I did a 100$ deposit, got only 20$ bonus and got cleared out emberassingly quick. I just hope my money ended up with Two + Two readers, I guess the chance of that is pretty high

Now I'm reading up and trying to slowly build a bankroll which forces me to play very very much hands on low limits so I get a lot of practice under my belt. I've been eyeing the Full Tilt 600 for 600 but it would probably mean that I would convince myself that playing for higher stakes on multiple tables is a good idea to clear it quickly

100$ at Pacific will do just fine on a single table.

Thanks again!

I think I am going to steal your title and post my question as well... I am really really new and about to start whoring. I am just wondering how good you need to be to start whoring without losing too much of the bonus. Is "folding most hands and only play very strong hands" enough for me to keep most of the bonus? I got interested in poker a week ago and just started to reading some books on it. Is there any way I could know if I am ready to start whoring?

Thanks a lot.
