Default mirage 10/20, TT hand

Good 10/20 at the Mirage. A couple players cold calling raises preflop with suited connectors, KTs, etc, then calling down with middle pair. My image is probably super-tight at this point (haven't had much to play for the last 3 hours or so). Villain in this hand has been playing for around 1/2 hour, and has made 3 full houses with 63s, 62o, and 67o. In his defense, the 63s full house was the hand he posted with. He's also played every hand in between, and just got caught 2 hands ago check raising the turn/betting the river on a semibluff. So......

UTG folds
UTG+1 Villain limps
UTG+2 Hero raises TsTh
UTG+3 Cold calls (1 of the 2 cold callers noted above)
3 folds
Button Cold calls (The other cold caller noted above)
Both blinds fold
Villain completes.

Flop 7h6h6s

Villain checks, Hero bets, both cold callers call, Villain checkraises, hero 3-bets, cold callers fold, villain calls.

Turn is 3s.

Villain checks, hero bets, villain checkraises, hero???

Thanks

Would there ever be a reason to check behind on the turn to induce a bluff on the river? Or is his play erratic enough that he'll try the semi-bluff raise, bet on the river with a flush draw (in addition to the possibility that it might give him a free card)?

Call down. Three betting the turn would be scary if you get 4 bet because by your description of the guy, he seems capable of doing that with a hand you can beat. Folding is obviously out of the question.
