Earning Past Interpoker Bonuses

At the end of March, I deposited $90 so that I could at some time work off their easy 5x raked hands requirements. Then, as many know, they changed their bonus to $100 with 8x requirements.

Shouldn't the March bonus still be 5x? The bonus never hit my account so I e-mailed support and they said that all past bonuses were now 8x, and that instead of 450 hands, I would need 720, an extra 270.

Anyway, they did say they would give me $30 to compensate me, which I guess I'm not going to complain about, but still this is rather annoying. Shouldn't earning the March bonus in April still be 5x?

The problem is that what you really have is a $90 casino bonus and you owe $2250 in casino action, which hasn't changed. They also allow you to clear their casino bonuses in the poker room (or bingo-- Yippee!) but now the conversion factor of raked hands to casino action has changed.

So all pending bonuses still require the same amount of blackjack/VP/slot play, but to clear them in poker the requirements have gone up 60%.

Damn I should've complained too, I just cleared all the bonuses at 8x.

I got the same BS response from their customer service -- "Yeah, we see that you fulfilled the requirements for the bonus as originally posted, so we'll give you a third of what we promised you. Play another buncha hands to get the rest."

It's a bonus, and therefore I'm not "entitled" to it or anything, but I don't feel comfortable playing at a site that changes terms and conditions after they've been agreed upon.

They claimed they'd have the $30 in my account by last Tuesday, it's still not here today, so I cashed out what I have left on that site and will find a more trustworthy site to play at. Too bad, too, because the $190 in bonuses I still have sitting there is a not-insignificant chunk of my (microlimit-playin') bankroll.

they said they would give $30, I received $27. Im taking it and getting the hell out of there.
