They have been asking me to write a column for their June issue, so they're not out of business, if that's what you're asking. As for where they've been in terms of magazines in the poker rooms or on the store shelves, I know nothing.

Saw a TV ad for them on Sunday during NBC's showing of the Poker Superstars final. Had lots of the big names pimping the mag.

In my opinion, you should not waste your time writing a column for these jokers. I foolishly subscribed about a year ago and have only received 3 issues (at sporadic intervals) of a supposedly bi-monthly magazine. Their website is a joke and I have no idea if the rest of my issues will ever come.
I wouldn't feel confident that your check would ever arrive if you decide to write for them.
