What Tell Is This? Or Is It?

I have noticed several time a player doing this, I was wondering is this a tale and if it is, is it a tale of a bluff or a big hand.

Scenerio: After the flop (it doesnt matter the flop) PLAYER A will make a huge bet and after everyone folds to him, he will look at his cards again before he mucks them. He doesnt do this everytime, just about once in 4 or 5 hands.....so is he looking at his cards again because he had a huge hand or a bluff hand, or it doesnt matter.

I think this would indicate a big hand. He is probably thinking "damn i had KK and only got the blinds" or something to that effect. Not sure exactly how this would help in future hands against this player though.
