Vintage Kems... what are they worth?

Just got some old Kems... mint from June '54 I think from the 654 code on the As. I prefer the wide size... any guess as to their value? The case had all the original paperwork in pretty good condition... see images below.







Also, anyone know anything about these old plane chips... seem like they're plastic but not completely sure?
