Final table advice...

So I've been playing quite a few tournaments lately, and I've been able to have lots of success getting to the final table, but I've not been able to cash once...I'm curious as to what kind of strategy you guys take into a final table...I'm usually a medium stack, so getting blinded down isn't a problem...

Any words of advice are apprieciated...any books out there I should read??
