KK against a LAG

SB has a VPIP of 95+ and a TA of 1.5+.
Can I find a fold here?

How much of a LAG is he? Will he raise you with any little piece of the board on the turn, will he completely bluff C/R like a maniac?

Given that top pair paired on the turn, I would call down his C/R since it's a little scary.

I don't have a read here, just looking at the GT+ stats.
I bet the turn, he might go for the flush.
River is also a scare card, maybe I'd have folded this against an average player.
I made a filter in PT: WTSD&Lost. Biggest net loser is KK. But this doesn't tell to much I think, cause I try to build a big pot with it every time.

Never ever fold KK heads-up. I don't fold KK even when an Ace arrives unless I know my opponent well. I'd play the same post-flop. Looks like opponent has the 9.
