This is part of the email i sent customerservices.

I was participating in a $10 +$1 multi table rebuy tournament today at 14:30
(uk time), at table 3 (my username is qpwoei):

(Welcome to Table 3
>Disconnect all ins are not allowed in this game! Any disconnects will be
treated as a fold by the player.
> The tournament will begin in 30 seconds
> The tournament is now at level 1. Blinds are now 10.00/20.00
> Deciding Dealer
> Tregoin posted small blind (10)
> SirPotter posted big blind (20)
> Game # 310,775,017 starting.
> Dealing Hole Cards
> qpwoei folded)

After approximately 30 minutes, I was involved with the following hand:

> ZigenarMona posted small blind (15)
> Tregoin posted big blind (30)
> Game # 310,791,943 starting.
> Dealing Hole Cards
> SirPotter folded
> qpwoei raised for 180
> Yerotsluap called for 180
> Flop-On-This folded
> Aceless folded
> DidSus folded
> ZigenarMona folded
> Tregoin folded
> Dealing the Flop(K23•)
> qpwoei bet for 210
> Yerotsluap called for 210
> Dealing the turn(7•)
> qpwoei bet for 150
> Yerotsluap called for 150
> Dealing the river(2&#61607
> qpwoei bet for 180
> Yerotsluap called for 180
> Yerotsluap shows One Pair, Deuces
(22AK&#616 09;9•)
> Yerotsluap wins 1,485 with One Pair, Deuces

In this hand, my screen (the bet365 poker software) showed me King 10, and I
raised preflop. The flop, as shown above, was K 2 3. I bet and so on. After the
river, we showed hands and he had A 6 (i think it was a 6, not sure) anyway- he
had a pair of 2s with an ace kicker. I had two pairs, Kings and 10s. I should
therefore have won the hand, but the software said he had won it. No one was
surprised except me, since after talking to other players, they had seen me
holding 10 J not K 10. The data containing my hand, which is sent from your
server to my computer, must therefore have been corrupted, or my software is,
but that is more unlikely. I was not dreaming this hand - as you can guess by
this lengthy email - and belive it or not - this has happened before!!! I am
warning you that if this were to occur in a "high stakes" tourny or cash game,
then the consequences could be huge. Nevertheless, i would be thankful if you
could refund the buyin, or at least state what could have happened. I did not
have time to screenshot the 10 K but i can assure you that I did have it. Your
response would be welcomed.

Any ideas?
Has this happened to any one else before?
Thanks
