Default Big Blind Play

Here's a question I haven't seen too much of...

Your in the big blind early in a tournament w/ say 10 or J high. Limps around to you, 2 limpers plus the small blind. Flop comes up your card high pair rainbow. So, you are sitting w/ top pair, mediocre/poor kicker second to act.

1. What's your initial play?
2. What do you do on the turn w/ an overcard?
3. What do you do on the turn w/ an undercard?

Obviously there are a few different outcomes here depending on your answer to #1, but just curious for your train of thought.

Thanks,
JT
