Default Money disappeared from pacific poker

When I logged into my pacific poker account today I noticed that I had $536 less than I had after quitting last night. I checked my hand history and noticed that a few minutes before I quit, I had the exact same balance I do now. Perhaps their server crashed right after I quit, and it hadnt saved the last few minutes of play?

Did this happen to anyone else?

Good advice, of course. Unfortunately my problem is that money disappeared from my account when I was not playing.

Happened to me on 2 different occasions. My total in the cashier the next day was different than the total according to my records, and the total listed in my hand history records on their server. It just "disappeared". Sure they fixed it after I complained both times, but after the second time I left and have never gone back. Totally unacceptable.

Excellent corporate strategy. Take the money, and if nobody notices, you can keep it! Otherwise, just give it back.

They gave me the money back after I emailed a complaint. Good ol' Pacific.

Do you remember if your balance was rolled back to what it was at a recent point before you quit? I think the most likely cause is that the last few minutes of play didn't count. Can you, or anyone else who's experienced this problem, confirm this?
