According to gotapex this Thursday, the 35% discount code makes the Dell 2005FPW is going at $482 shipped. That's a good deal for that LCD isn't it?

I don't know if it's a good deal but you realise you can't 4-table with no overlap on a 1680x1050 resolution? You need 1600x1200.

I don't know how significant the overlap would be.

I own a dell 2005fpw and I four-table on it with no overlap.

I got mine new for $550 shipped, and I felt like I was getting a great deal. So I'd say that yours is indeed a good deal.

World of Warcraft also looks great on it ^^.

there's a thread on fatwallet about this, people are getting them as low as $380.

So I'm assuming there is slight overlap with the windows in the Up/down direction but tons of space in the left/right direction. By slight overlap I mean the buttons do not overlap but the windows touch.

My laptop has this native resolution, and you are right. There is some overlap, but it is playable and you are always able to see your cards.

With that being said, I think i am going to wait for a deal like this on the 2001FP. But this is sure tempting.
