call the bank and tell them to up the withdrawl limit, they usually do this to prevent stolen cards and fraud from running up too big a bill.

There's a chance that by depositing 300, then 300 again and e-mailing and saying 300 was your limit that they'll give you the other half. I wouldn't play off any hands before you get the full 600 in there, though. What if you deposit 300 at 11:59, then another 300 at 12:00 and instantly e-mail? or is it 300 over a 24 hour period?

It's probably 300 / 24 hours. It doesn't make much sense to limit a person to 300 / transaction.
