The wicked horrible bad beats experience at Party??
Calling stations who cold call 3 bets with Q8o and people who call your flopped fullhouse only to hit their one out QUADs out on the river WITH CAPPED POTS!!

I cant count how many times ive had a hand DOMINATED pre-flop AKs to A2o and they catch that 2 pair on the river.
Or their runner runner backdoor flush only way to win outs.
Pocket pair lower than ever pair on the board, until they catch that set on the river..

Seems to happen every other hand im involved in
I know its just variance and bla bla bla...... but what do you do when this happens to you over and over?? Take a good break, cool off? Keep at it, battle through?? Break stuff??

what do you think helps most??
