Default Golden Palace FastBack program

I don't really feel like giving Golden Palace all the information they want for their FastBack program. At the same time I don't want to withdraw all my money in increments of $50. Is there any reason to be skeptical about this FastBack program? Has anyone else done it? Thanks.

Why in increments of $50? i withdrew $300 from there about a week ago in one lump sum. It took a couple of days, though.

They asked me to do the same and wanted all my information. I just replied and told them to deposit to my Neteller. I was going to send in my info as I wanted to fully cash out my money. Luckily I was out of town for a few days and didn't get a chance to send in the info and when I went to check my account, they had released the funds into my neteller. It took about a week or so. After that, all my withdrawls were fairly quick 24-48 hours and no need to send them the info. oh and this was for playing poker.

I made two successful withdrawals from GPP back to the Neteller account I used to make my original deposit, in an amount exactly equaling my original deposit. When I tried to withdraw more I was declined.

I ended up speaking with the pit boss when I tried to escalate my cashout situation and this is what he said, with what sounded like pride.

"We are the only poker room and casino to limit your withdrawals to your original deposit. To withdraw any winnings, that is to say, any withdrawal request over the amount of your original deposit, even if it is only a bonus and not actual table winnings, requires age verification."

I expressed surprise and contrasted their attitude with that of Party and even of the other card room that shares their network which promises immediate withdrawals, but he didn't flinch. He said it is the law, and if I didn't like it I could leave my money in there as long as I wanted but I would never get it back without going through their process. I've been in CS and I've dealt with a lot of CS agents but he was one of the rudest p...eople I've ever dealt with. So I ended up withdrawing all my money instead of just what I had originally planned, and created an account on the other network site. There's no reason to encourage their policy by supporting it.

I chose the basic, non-Fastback program, as I have already had my identity stolen once when I refinanced my house and someone at the Wells Fargo office photocopied my docs where they were found in the car of the thieves who had already stolen more than $30,000 worth of stuff with my ID.

To do this I copied my drivers license etc. but blanked out all identifying numbers and info and 3 days later I received an e-mail saying I could withdraw. I really don't think they could verify my age and hardly my ID with what little was visible on the docs but it worked.

golden palace is one of the largest internet gambling companies on the internet. they are generally considered trustworthy. i wouldn't worry about sending them age verification in the form of a copy of a state ID or driver's liscense.

I think Wells Fargo is generally considered trustworthy too, wouldn't you say? And that their employees have to go through background checks, etc.? But after what I went through I now try to minimize my exposure. You may choose otherwise.

Identity theft is one of the fastest growing crimes in the US.

I don't question their trustworthiness anymore than I question that of Wells Fargo. But I still try to minimize my risk. It was a f***ing nightmare for years and still occasionally causes problems.
