Just as I thought. No guts by anyone. Well, it is about 50% (I really don't know so I am just saying this, it seems about right though). I want this to change by 50% to about a 25% answer rate. This would be a big improvement. Once it goes down to a 0% rate then everyone will be on their own. Which is where we all need to be.
