a few questions?

can i call this preflop? i really don't think i can raise preflop so call or fold.

should i have raised him on the flop? i think i probably should have called and see if he slowed down. after he came over the top i think i had to fold though because so many hands beat me.

out of curiosity, what do you call with in this situation? can you call with AQ? how about mid pairs like 99 or TT?

or do you use a "raise or fold" mentality?

The math doesn't add up well.. Raise $100 BB $100 to make it $300 to go?

And then raises a $1200 bet $800 to make it $3000?
