Re: How often do you play against a particular opponent?
Hi Frank,
When I read your question, I actually have someone specific in mind. I do ask for a table change to sit with him any chance I can. For a person to qualify as the type of character you describe, he(she) would have to be a very poor player who consistently plays the wrong way. Since this is his style, he is most likely here to gamble and have fun, and will be oblivious to his surroundings, especially to those sharks who sees him as a target. |

Gee, and you can be friendly to the fish when you
move to his table. |

On line the bad players don't usually notice whether you sit on their left everyday or not.
For the type of player you describe live, I would think it would be easy to keep it friendly. Some of them may ewelcome the consistent company as long as you are not a dick. It is not like you walk up to the table and say "I have come to destroy you." |

Re: How often do you play against a particular opponent?
They don't notice you at all. Today, just on a lark, I sat down next to a multitabler at all three tables he was on and tried chatting with him on all three tables. I have been playing against him almost everyday for the past two weeks. It took him a while to realize what was going on. I am always amazed that most players are unaware of what is going on around them.
