I got this msg window when I loaded Empire today. Not sure if it will work for all.

Is it the beginning of the month already? That means it's time for a "GET15" thread. [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

It's account specific, given out randomly. To everyone else, go log into Empire; if you see the popup you get the bonus, if you don't see it you don't get it.
