Default help me identify/understand this HH format

I recently ran across the a 40/80 player's blog called A Slave to Variance
He's got some interesting/thought provoking stuff.
I can't seem to follow his hand histories, though. Can anybody help me understand/identify these hand histories?

For instance, what do the letters in the columns represent?
Stuff like 'bR kc kf'

thanks
d

S = small blind
B = big blind
c = call
f = fold
r = raise
k = check
C = call ???
R = raise ???

Here's the starting translation for the "beeeeeg pot" example in the blog...

No Limit Pro was in the SB
ProdigyEight was in the BB
Taquisha called
ckraise called
baetown folded
johnnydingle called
Andrew called
DannyMaster called
Suited-Hooks called
nguyen68 folded
No Limit Pro raised
ProdigyEight called
Taquisha raised
chraise called (I don't know why it's a capital C)
johnnydingle called (again capital C)
Andrew raised (don't know why it's a capital R)
DannyMaster folded
Suited-Hooks called (capital C)
etc....
