call this river raise?
Early in a 10+r tournament, no reads on villain yet. I remember most of the details but this site doesn't save hand histories well. The only hand I've played was limping with AJs and folding to a raise. Villain has around 1000 chips and I have 990. I'm big blind with AQo (neither clubs). MP limps, CO limps, button (villain)limps, sb completes, I check.
flop QQ6 two clubs. Pot is 100 I bet 80, folded to villain who calls. turn offsuit rag, pot is 240 I bet 100 (SO TERRIBLE) and villain calls. river is a low club, pot is 440 I bet 100, villain raises to ~320. The thing is, many weak players would play a worse queen this way. I should have gotten our stacks in earlier (it is a rebuy tournament) and given that I failed to do that I think I should fold the river. Am I right here? |

Re: call this river raise?
I think you should at least call due to it being a re-buy. I would have also raised it 3XBB PF and much bigger (300 maybe) on flop. my 2 cents.
