Default SSH: AT/AJ limp in early position?

I've noticed in a couple threads people advocating folding AT offsuit in early position or raising with it, never limping. This is contrary to SSH which advises limping with AT early (loose game) and AJ early (tight). WLLH advises folding. So, what's the consensus with these two typical scenarios:

1) Loose/Passive 2/4 Party game, 5+ players per flop.
2) Tight/Aggress 2/4 Prima game, 2-4 players per flop.

Do you raise/fold/call ATo from UTG or UTG+1 in each case?

I have about an 8 PFR and I'm looking at trying to find places to raise a little more often preflop. Maybe this is one of them.

I only play at party..

and you dont see a lot of game with more than 5 to a flop on average...

but, raise with AJo and fold ATo from EP

Some of the simulations I've done with TTH showed that raising ATo can be +EV in the right situations, but for the most part it was -EV (limping is always -EV in moderate games according to the sims, which I cant say are accurate).

Here's what most of the respected posters do (at least for limits $2/$4 to $5/$10 full):

Muck ATo from EP.

Raise AJo from EP.
