Default Hand check-up

2nd hand of a $10+1 @ PokerRoom. Blinds at 10/20.

MP1 (1500) calls, MP3 (1500) calls, CO+1 (1500) calls, CO (1500) calls, SB (1460) completes and I check w/ A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Flop (120): Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
SB checks, I bet 80, MP1 folds, MP3 raises to 160, folded to me, I raise to 300, MP3 calls.

Turn (880): 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] I bet 250, MP3 calls.

River (1380): Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] I bet $350, MP3 goes all-in for 850 (pot is at 2580 and it's 500 for me to call). I fold.

I'm second-guessing myself now for not having taken my time to think it through before taking a decision. I look at the hand now and I really don't like my line throughout the hand.

How would you have played this?

I don't mind the flop play.

I think I push the turn. Or make a much bigger bet, which would totally pot commit you, sooooo..push.

I probably would have bet a bit more on the flop, 400 or so. Then shut down on the river. He's not going away, and I can't put him on anything but a Queen or a flush (most likely a queen).

Overall I like it.

I don't like the min reraise on the flop. I think I'd have pushed and hoped for a loose call.

I would raise more on the flop as well -- a min raise isn't horrible, though.

I really hate your turn bet. 250 into an 880 pot? I would probably just push or bet 2/3rds the pot (committing myself no matter what comes.)

River sucks. Cars happen.

The idea behind the flop and turn bets was to induce a bluff. As I said, I really don't like the way I played this hand.

I don't like your reasoning but even still.

If the point was to induce a bluff, you did that on the flop. That means its time to put him away on the turn.
