Let\'s pretend there IS a Party cash-out curse . . .
Let's say I have a Eurobet account and a Party account. I only have rakeback on Eurobet, but haven't won since I took some winnings out. I am winning at a normal rate on Party sans rakeback. Now, I am a rational person and believe that this is all a part of normal variance, but IF there was a curse, how would I go about breaking it so I can start winning AND collecting rakeback?

Well, since we're pretending... the obvious answer is to call Superman and have him save the day.

You need to write a kindly-worded letter to customer support, suggesting some new features that could make their site better. By new features i do not mean reporting bugs.
They like this, and will flip the switch that allows you to go on a mega-tear. It worked for me. |

I would get a lucky rabbit's foot, but it wasn't very lucky for the rabbit.

Re: Let\'s pretend there IS a Party cash-out curse . . .
ever since a rep from Empire called to inquire about my account at party, I have been unable to win on Empire, but have been on a ridiculous tear on Party. I mean, there is like a 10bb/100 gap between my performance on the two sites over the last 2000 total hands. I would like to think that it is rigged. In fact, i pretty much convinced myself that it is. I keep telling myself that it isn't, and remind myself that there is no reason why they would want you to lose, other than to allow other players to win, which actually makes sense. And, if you look at their fairness page it talks about how great their random number generator is so fair, but doesn't say anything about whether that generator is used 100% of the time, which as a law student makes me very suspicious. Empire's site says, "All online games, at every online poker room, use what is called a Random Number Generator (RNG)." You might notice that they don't say the generatpr is used all the time, or even most of the time, just that it is used some of the time. I've taken my fair share of contracts classes and know that this would be enough for them to avoid liability if anyone proved their hands weren't random. Anyway, just my observations...

[/ QUOTE ] Because I went bust on the rake-back account, and I couldn't risk having two cursed accounts at the same time by withdrawing from one to replenish the other. That would just be stupid, hypothetically. Duh. |
