Default Best part-time jobs

Thinking of getting a part-time job. I'm looking for some good ideas.

Sorry, for purposes of this thread, poker doesn't count.

get a job at some cool store at the mall. Part time work, plus a discount are pretty nice.

I do this safe-ride thing at school. Where i sit in my room (or my friend's room, whatever) with a walkie-talkie until they tell me to drive someone somewhere. $8 / Hr for mostly sitting on my ass as I actually do about 30 minutes of driving / 4 hours of work.

Pizza delivery. It'll be hard to beat the money with any other part time job. Plus, you get to drive around most of the time.

I'd have to strongly disagree with this one. I did this for a couple years right out of college and it was terrible. I even taught in some pretty nice districts, and the kids were still a pain every single day. And screaming at 7th graders to get them to "behave" wasn't my idea of fun.

I worked in a movie theater for a couple years as an usher and I thought the job ruled. Free movies, and the job was absolute cake. The wage was pretty low though. I would recommend trying to get in as a projectionist, though they have unions working with some theater chains.

Dude, that would be sweet! Once the kids started getting out of line I'd just yell "Shut the [censored] up or I'll KILL you, BITCH!!!"

Might not keep the job long, but--you know--it was a good run.
