Default Checkraise or not?

6max NL game, hero in BB with 7 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
Hero get a freeplay heads up vs button

K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Have not played this guy alot but the table is somewhat on tilt mainly because I play like a LAG preflop. And last 30 min or so I have taken down some nice pots with trash that floped big

Action on flop goes check, check
And turn brings Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

I bet the pot and button miniraises, I still think Im ahead
but we are both deepstacked, 200BB+ so I donīt like to re-raise. I end up calling and the river brings the 2 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

Easy checkraise? Or bet right out?

Thoughts?
