Default Too Much?

No real good reads, except I saw SB go broke once already overplaying TPTK.

This wouldn't convert so I'll do my best:

Texas Hold'em No Limit ($0.50/$1)
Seat 9 is the button.
BB: $208.75 in chips
Seat 2: Fellow 2+2er (greeted with s'up bro) $82.25 in chips
Seat 3: $25.25 in chips
Seat 4: $36.50 in chips
HERO: $97.50 in chips
Seat 6: $112.75 in chips
CO $93 in chips
Button $169.60 in chips
SB $73.50 in chips

HERO dealt A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

SB: posts small blind $0.50
BB: posts big blind $1
2+2er: folds
2 more folds
HERO: raises to $2
2 folds
Button: raises to $5
SB: calls $4.50
BB: folds
HERO: calls $3

FLOP T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

SN: bets $1
HERO: raises to $12
Button: calls $12
SB: calls $11

TURN T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

SB: checks
HERO: bets $80.50 and is all-in
Button: folds
SB thinks a long time and folds

HERO collected $49.50 from Main pot

Ok, I thought that at least one of the two (I was thinking SB) was gonna call with the same nut straight and Id be freerolling for the flush. Bet less for value instead?

Default Re: Too Much?

Assuming your opponent is somewhat competent, I really hate calling reraises with AQ, especially out of position. Since his reraise was so small and since another guy is in there, perhaps you're getting odds to see a flop, provided that you're careful if you only flop a pair. You've flopped a lot of outs but you can't beat many hands which would reraise preflop. How you play this hand depends heavily on what range of hands you're opponent would reraise with preflop.
