Default Value bet or induce bluff?

UTG is very loose preflop 70/5. Post flop I did not have much of a read at this point except he would often bet when checked to, as would the SB.

Party Poker 5/10 Hold'em (6 max, 5 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is BB with J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
UTG calls, 2 folds, SB completes, Hero checks.

Flop: (3 SB) K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, UTG bets, SB folds, Hero raises, UTG calls.

Turn: (3.50 BB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets, UTG calls.

River: (5.50 BB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG checks.

Final Pot: 5.50 BB

Perhaps I'm being weak here but there are lots of possible draws out there. You see no value in inducing a bluff from a draw here? I have a hard time seeing what he can have called me with this far that I have beat and that will call on the river except for a smaller pp or a pair picked up on the turn or river. And those might also bet the river.
