Default new computer advice?

After playing lots of B&M, I'm starting to mostly play online. I need to get a new computer. My old one can't even do two tables without risking a crash, and even if it does run it, I can't get both tables to not overlap on my 17 inch monitor(even at max resolution).

What I'd like to do is be able to 4-table such that all 4 are on screen, not overlapped. Any advice will be appreciated. I'm assuming I need a 19inch screen and ample graphics card, although not some maximum gaming level.
Thoughts?

A resolution of 1600 x 1200 will allow you to display 4 tables at once without overlap. I would recommend a 19" LCD monitor or a 21" CRT monitor. Any modern graphics card should be able to handle 1600 x 1200 at a comfortable refresh rate.

depending on your eyes, you may want to be wary on buying one of those monitors and using a huge resolution. alot of times big resolutions can only be supported with low refresh rates. For example: a 19 inch monitor on 1600x1200 resolution, you might be limited to 60 or 65 herz refresh rate. For me atleast, thats painful, my eyes have much trouble adjusting from looking at anything then to the screen, and I get headaches from it. A good large CRT monitor and video card should have no problem with this, though.

Thanks for the suggestions. Hmmm, let's see...if I get three new computers and 4 table each one, that's 12 tabling. The mind reels.

I dont know of any 19" LCD's that can do 1600x1200. If there is one I'd LOVE to know about it. If that's not a typo, please inform me!

And btw, it's the monitor that the refresh rate refers to, not the video card.
