Bonus codes at Party skins

I am currently trying to clear bonuses from each of the party skins. To avoid asking monthly for various codes (a'la WackoJacko) Lemme get this out of the way now...

1.) On the first deposit (20% to 100) do you have to enter a code at all? Or is it just an assumed signup bonus?

2.) Where is the best place to find monthly reload bonuses for the various skins (so I don't have to ask in the future)?

Not sure about the answer to number 1. That first bonus is but a distant memory now...

Regarding your second question - nary a bonus will pass that will not be posted, bumped and reposted in this forum.
