Default Hand-Reading for beginners

Villain is Tight-Aggressive preflop and Aggressive post-flop. It's very clear what he holds.

he could have the case AA

he doesn't have QQ or JJ he can't have AK [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img](which woulda folded the river anyway

so its most likely KK

K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]??

Given the preflop 3-bet and the LACK OF a flop cap that seems remote.

KK

I don't see a TAG capping K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] without more people already in. And I don't think he needs to hold the K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], either. (As one of the KK.)

If so, he's not truly aggressive post-flop. What would slow you down on that flop with AA? Is he that afraid of QQ?

Well, then again, I suppose he could be! (From his standpoint, Hero 3-bet PF and then did the same on the flop. Hero would play the same with QQ.)

OK, so the case AA is a possibility.

I'm thinking TT. I imagine KK capping the flop at least. The queen is a scare card for TT so he just calls the 3 bet. The jack gives the villian an inside straight draw on the turn making it less scary as an overcard as well.
