Default Me vs. Rock vs. UberLAG

The SB is our UberLAG. He is telling everyone what his cards are before the flop and raising pretty much every chance he gets. I am trying to get heads up with him as much as I can when I have a decent hand.

CO is playing tight and very aggressive. I was less than thrilled when he came along for the ride.

SB says he has J4 suited before the flop. He's been doing this for several hands and hasn't lied yet, so I take him at his word.

For some reason I reverted to my old weak-tight self after capping the flop. Misplayed on every street?

hmm...if you slow down on the turn its because you figure him for a 9? if thats the case then why do you think your two pair is good on the river?

raise turn...if reraised call down.

Once CO calls 2 cold on the flop on a drawless board after 3-betting preflop...all bets are off. Surely CO is not calling with JJ or TT? He's getting 9:1 on his call, I'd be inclined to give him credit for AK or AA here.

Raise the turn so it's easy for CO to fold if he doesn't have something decent. If he comes along, be worried of him at the showdown. Call the 3-bet.

What can we put CO on since he 3-bet PF? Not very many hands. You win if CO has AK (8 hands possible) or JJ (6 hands possible). You lose if he has AA (6 hands possible), KK (1 hand possible), or QQ (1 hand possible). JJ is an unlikely holding for him to be calling down with given the action, so let's eliminate that.

It's AK (8 hands) vs. AA/KK/QQ (8 hands). It's a cointoss between losing and winning but SB is putting dead money in so I raise the river with the intention of capping.

Edit: I can't see CO calling down with QQ, it's too weak. So it's 8 hands of AK vs. 7 hands of AA/KK . That doesn't matter though, there's dead money being put in by SB. Raise river with intention of capping.
