Default Online Screen Names

I have $$$ accounts on 3 different sites... on 2 of the sites I have screen names that have meanings only to me. On the other site I have a name that conjures up a very disturbing image (Swampbutt). I have noticed that i seem to get a lot more amazingly loose calls with this name than with my others. I think it may be b/c people think that anyone who would call themselves swampbutt can't POSSIBLY know how to play poker. Has anyone else noticed a reaction like this? Either in the way it influences your opinion of other players or in how others percieve your ability?

Just wondering,
PT

thats impossible...

too many uncontrolled varaibles, how do you know that the guy calling you down had the 2nd best hand? how do you know that the other guy called with 72o jsut because he was feeling frisky and mucked the flop?

this is why correlations like the psychology example of:

amount of ice cream eaten is correlated to drownings in the summer

cannot be used to draw conclusions.

Look closer. He wrote, "This is results-orientated thinking."
