Default Learning 6 Max

Does anyone have any specific posts they recommend for learning 6 max. Any specific readings (2+2 books?)

While I have picked up somethings from specific hand posts, I still have alot to learn in regards to a general approach to the game.

Books: HPFAP is the only book that I know of that focuses on short-handed play in one section. The heads-up on the end section in TOP is also very valuable.
