Party 5/10 10-Handed QQ UTG+1 -- Maximum Value?
UTG is LP-A. Button is TA-A. Did I get the best possible value here? PLEASE support your answer... Thanks,

I'm tempted to raise the flop, but I like waiting until the turn here.

Re: Party 5/10 10-Handed QQ UTG+1 -- Maximum Value?
I think I would like to go for a cap on the flop, it's easy for button to put you on AQ or KQ with this type of play and the turn can be easily capped as well. If button is good he might be able to get away from his hand facing a turn threebet after heavy flop action but probably not with KK or AA considering he has 2 clean outs. Another thing I would consider is overcalling the river, you might get another raise out of button in this manner if button just calls you make the same, if he raises and you threebet you make 3-4 more BB's the only time you lose is if button folds. Might be worth considering but seems a little more like FPS I guess.

Looks fine to me. If the flop were any more coordinated, you'd have to pump it right then and there.

Re: Party 5/10 10-Handed QQ UTG+1 -- Maximum Value?
This line is really fishy. Either you got really lucky (ie. it was set over set) or the button is an idiot (and not a TA-A). Bet the flop and go from there. Don't stop putting in bets until either a) you hit the cap or b) they just call you. Your line will usually be an action killer against a TAG, but it looks like it worked out this time. However if it was set over set, you passed up on 3 BB by check/calling the flop.

Re: Party 5/10 10-Handed QQ UTG+1 -- Maximum Value?
He's definitely a TA-A and not afraid to lay 'em down when he knows he's beat. I wanted to give him a little extra confidence so that he'd pump the turn and commit to going for a ride. I was also afraid that if he re-raised the turn that we'd lose the LP-A (and we probably would have lost him since he was on sevens). Perhaps I'm completely wrong in this line of thought, but that's why I posted here...

I think I just bet the flop here. capping pf and checking the flop looks very suspicious
