Default Top pair bad kicker in SB on paired board

I'm a complete novice at 6-max, so apologies if this hand is obvious.

Pretty early in the session so very limited reads. Both opps seemed fishy (70-80 vpip).

Party Poker 1/2 Hold'em (6 max, 5 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is SB with 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].

Fold preflop?

Flop: (3 SB) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero...?

Please provide a line for the rest of the hand. I'm really lost.

Against 2 opponents I would just lead the flop and keep betting until I met resistance. If someone raises the flop I would generally fold since the pot is really small.
