on the bubble
186 entrants, weekly foxwoods NL tournament
blinds are 800-1600 with 200 ante, I have 5900 after I pay the SB. There are 26 players left, 25 cash. folded to button who for the past 3 hands in a row has gone all-in without looking at his cards (I watched). So it's folded to him and he pushes (7k), the chipleader is on my left in the BB I have A7o, action? As an aside A7o is about a 3-2 favorite over a random hand. I folded. |

Re: on the bubble
i think that's an easy call. you're going to have juicy pot odds as a 60-40 favorite. if you get the booby prize, so be it.
btw, how much did 25th pay relative to the buy-in? |

Re: on the bubble
I agree that it's an easy call if you know you can isolate here. But, it bothers me a little that the remaining person to act is the chipleader in the BB. If you think the chipleader will have noticed that the button is playing random hands, and that he thinks you have noticed as well, then I think you might have a lot less chance of the BB folding than you might like.
