Upload the image to a public internet domain (ie geocities) and place the url to the image between image tags.

to get a screen shot, hit "print screen" and then open up MS paint and hit paste. then do what they said. do a google search for image shack, they'll help you out nice.

Paint is kind of a lousy application for this purpose. You might try googleing on irfanview, which is a free image viewer application. It's really sweet for viewing pictures as you can hit a button to go to the next pic in a directory, view thumbnails, and manipulate the way you look at pictures very easily. The slideshow and wholescreen features are pretty nice too.

For our purposes, though, its decent for down and dirty image editing. In depth stuff you probably want photoshop or something. But you can take a screen shot of Pokertracker, paste to irfanview, crop out the extra stuff at the edges, and cut out things you don't want in the screenshot like your user name and save as a jpg, or gif, or whatever all in maybe 45 seconds. Or faster if you're in a hurry.

I'm sure there are other programs out there that will do the trick as well. I just think paint is very combursome for working with screenshots.

For an excellent FREE image manipulation software ala Photoshop, try googling for Gimp.

Edit: cos I know you're all lazy, here it is .

Ok, baby steps . . . I figured out how to upload my images, but in my post they just show up as [image] the url [image], i.e., no screen shot. What am I missing? Thanks for helping the mentally impaired.
