Did the affiliates ...
... bring this whole mess upon themselves by paying rakeback directly into a player's Party skin account? I think Party would have a tough time proving that an affiliate was paying rakeback to a player if the money had been paid into Neteller or some other account, but having an affiliate deposit money directly into a player's Party account every month is pretty suspicious. It's too bad they were so reckless.

the fact that they advertise rakeback deals on public websites is a bit of a giveaway...

The trackers are what caused the first flags...then the inter-account transfers just helped prove it. |

Rakeback is not main issue - players leaving Party to sign up at skins is. So to track the problem they may just compare player bases between Party and skins.
