Playing on multiple party skins

I'm thinking about starting to play more than 4 tables at once. I think there was a thread here somewhat recently about this, but I couldn't find it. So, if anyone who does this can answer a couple of questions, I'd really appreciate it.

1) Can I play on 2 on the same PC? Or, if not, on 2 PCs running off the same router? My new one is arriving Monday, so I'm going to have 2 going at once anyway.

2) Has anyone gotten caught/harassed/screwed when doing this?

I am able to play 8 tables on my computer. Signing up is a slight hassle - you need to do it on a computer that has never had party or skins software on it. But once signed up, you can 12 table on one computer...
