I think I'm beat by quads or 9's over. I don't know anymore cause my confidence is really low lately, and I'm not sure if I'm just playing my hands weird now as a result. In the past I think the way I play this is to 3 bet the flop, and stay the aggressor the whole way through the hand unless it gets capped on the turn or something. That's probably ideal eh?

3bet the flop to define where you're at. If it gets capped, call. Bet out turn, as there are only two hands that can beat you at this moment (7x or 99's). Maybe even a c/r on the turn, but I would become really nervous if the turn then got 3bet. Check call the river if he shows any more aggression based on your turn bet or c/r.
