Default +EV pre-flop cap with AQs?

The 3-bet is from a pretty tight player, but my sample size is small. Lets say his 3-bet range is AA-TT,AK,AQ. Everyone else just plain sucks. With all of the dead money is this cap +EV?

Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (9 handed) converter

Preflop: Fnord is UTG+1 with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
UTG calls, Fnord raises, MP1 3-bets, 4 folds, SB calls, BB calls, UTG calls, Fnord caps, MP1 calls, SB calls, BB calls, UTG calls.

Flop: (20 SB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (5 players)
SB checks, BB checks, UTG checks, Fnord bets, MP1 folds, SB calls, BB calls, UTG calls.

Turn: (12 BB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 players)
SB checks, BB checks, UTG checks, Fnord bets, SB calls, BB calls, UTG calls.

River: (16 BB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (4 players)
SB checks, BB checks, UTG checks, Fnord bets, SB folds, BB calls, UTG folds.

Final Pot: 18 BB

Results in white below:
BB has 3s Ad (one pair, aces).
Fnord has Qs As (one pair, aces).
Outcome: Fnord wins 18 BB.
