If I chose to call preflop here, which I might very well not (whether that's right or wrong, I don't know), I certainly wouldn't be betting the flop with bottom pair and six checking limpers. There's no way your hand is good at this point in the game, and you're asking to get raised by two pair or top pair when you have an opportunity of seeing a free card that might make trips or the nuts for you. And, as you conceded, when you made the bad postflop decision you most certainly should have folded on the turn.

i fold preflop, dont bet the flop, and fold on the turn [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img] holla

my logic on the flop bet was to see if i would get reraised and then know where i was in the hand and then fold. The result was a 3 way split no one had a spade. Thats why i was thinking a bet on the river might be in order and take down the pot. thanks for the input.
