Why did the Iowa ST. spread change?. did i miss something

just wondering why the Iowa ST. vs texas tech game spread has changed so much the past 8 hrs.

4am- iowa st -1.5
4:30- iowa st -1
8:00- pick
12:00 iowa st +2

any insight would be appreciated
