Default WLLH: Preflop SB Play on .01/.01 Blinds

Great board you guys have here. Thanks already for all the good info. Definitely a good place to get my feet wet, but moving on...

WLLH lists specific play for the small blind preflop, but assumes that the BB and SB are same value. At places like UltimateBet, nanolimit blinds are .01/.01. How would you go about playing from the SB with this system?

My guess is to play the same as is recommended from the BB, but perhaps a bit more conservatively, as you're in worse position. Though, I'm not sure as to what hands "more conservatively" equates to. Any ideas, or am I way off?
